I was able to test a Greenstyle pattern two weeks ago. I am a big fan of the designer, and felt so happy to be able to be a part of the process that makes pdf sewing patterns possible. This pattern is very customizable, it allows me to choose the length of bottoms for my girls, has the option for pockets, and has a unique waistband option.
I made the capris for Anna. What I love most about these is the option to make super cute bottoms that have pockets, but that also do not have buttons and zippers. Although Anna is able to do most zippers and buttons, it is quite the hassle, and often times they do not fit right anyways.
These are a jersey print from Girl Charlee fabrics, I’m so tickled by how well I was able to cut the stripes to match them. Slowly but surely I am improving my sewing skills with knit fabric. I love making things for my girls, and I love how excited they are when they get something mommy sewn.
